HOOPLA® BEFORE & AFTER Treatment Duo contains BEFORE (basecoat) and AFTER (top coat).
•AFTER is a 10Free top coat that provides the ultimate gel-hybrid finish. AFTER allows polish to be dry to the touch in approximately 5 minutes, and it cures in 1 hour. The results are a longer lasting shine and color hold.
•BEFORE is a 10Free base coat that is the perfect primer. BEFORE has a matte finish that provides the best surface for polish adhesion and will increase the life of your color.
